We are an agency that operates to serve adults who have a developmental or intellectual disability, including those with autism or who are on the autism spectrum.

We understand that one’s choices, home environment, social connections with family and friends, and community interaction have so much to do with self-esteem, independence, success, and happiness.

We take this very seriously.

We want to help you have your best day, every day, based on YOUR choices and desires.

We offer Day Program services, specifically Supported Community Connections where we are completely community-based, provide transportation, and our groups are small (Between 3-5 individuals). The small groups are great for making friends and going out to do fun and educational activities. The groups make decisions together on the activities they want to do during the week.

We also offer Residential Services including Family Care Giver and Host Home placement services in order to provide choices for individuals to live where and how they want to live.
